               Swimming is undoubtedly the best form of exercise for all age groups that keeps one emotionally and physically healthy. It is an individual or team racing sport that requires the use of one’s entire body to move through water.

            Competitive swimming is one of the most popular Olympic Sports with varied distance events in butterfly, backstroke, breast stroke, free style and individual medley.  Through this mixture of events making up one sport, students get concentrated on acquiring the swimming skills and become excited about their personal achievements.
